This is following an operation carried out by the army on May 19, 2022.
The Ambazonian separatist Sintcha who operated under the name of “Golden Lion Commander” and his girlfriend were killed at their residence on May 19 in Oku in the Bui division, North West region. The soldiers recovered many objects including weapons, cell phones, bullets and many other objects.
According to security sources, the unfortunates were in the sights of the army. They were spotted and surrounded by the army. Feeling in danger, Commander Golden Lion opened fire when his girlfriend tried to escape through the window. But misfortune took them since the two were neutralized by the army. Unfortunately, an army officer, we learned, was fatally injured in exchanges of fire with the attackers.
