“While they got stuck in traffic, these hooded thugs who were in a vehicle got out and fired shots in the air. They thus sowed panic to disperse the other users on the track before continuing their mad dash” recounts a witness.

An anti-gang policeman who was chasing the fugitives was shot and wounded. He was transferred to Muna’s Clinic.
