Maurice KAMTO was elected best politician of the year 2020 by the Afrik-Inform.com site

According to the Afrik-Inform website, the president of the MRC was elected by Cameroonians representing the entire people with a percentage of 63.4%. The politician was in competition with Jean-Michel NINTCHEU (SDF) 31.4%, Cabral Libii Li Ngue (PCRN) 4.9% and Jacques Fame Ndongo (RDPC), 0.2%.

As for other political distinctions, Jacquis Gabriel Kemleu Tchabgou, was elected best mayor of the West 2020. The Mayor of Dschang was elected by Cameroonians representing the entire people with a percentage of 51.0%. He was in competition with the mayors of Banka: Joseph clovis Nguessieuk (43.1%), of Foumban: Hermine Patricia Tomaino Epse Ndam NJOYA (3.1%) and of Bafoussam 2: Levis Dieudonne Kengni Kout (2.8%).

Ndjidda Takoudama, elected best mayor of the Far North 2020. The mayor of Koza was elected by Cameroonians representing the whole of the people with a percentage of 58.7%. He was in competition with the mayors of Meri: Tokombéré: Boukar Tikire (25.2%); of Maroua 1st: Hamadou Hamidou (15.7%) and of Meri: Hamawa Wassili (0.3%).

Dadda Fadimatou crowned Best Mayor of the Adamawa region. The mayor of Mayo Darlé was elected by Cameroonians representing all the people with a percentage of 60.4%. It was in competition with the mayors of Ngaoundal, Mohamadou Sani (39.4%) and of Belel, Abbo Aboubakar (0.1%).

Jean Yves Ba crowned Best Mayor of the Eastern Region 2020. The mayor of Atok was elected by Cameroonians representing the whole of the people with a percentage of 52.6%. He was in competition with the mayors of Nguelemendouka, Alex Mimbang (41.0%); by Lomié Mabia Gérard (11 6.4%) and Bertua Bembel D’IPACK Cromwell Olivier (0.0%).

Luc KAGA, elected Best North Mayor 2020. The Mayor of Lagdo was elected by Cameroonians representing all of the people with a percentage of 69.2%. He was in competition with the mayors of Mayo Ourlo Boubakari DJIDDA (24.3%), of Touboro: Célestin Yandal (3.7%) and of Pitoa: Ousmanou Aman Sa’aly (3 2.8%).

It should be noted that the Afrik-inform Awards are an event which aims to put citizens back at the center of the political game, by allowing them to celebrate and / or sanction their leaders.
