The new communication manager of Fecafoot is replaced by a certain Visley Oyié.
It’s confirmed, Ernest Obama is no longer the General Manager of BNews1 TV. It is said that Ernest Obama, recently appointed by Samuel Eto’o, to the post of head of the communication department of the Cameroonian Football Federation (Fécafoot), was no longer able to combine this new function with his post as CEO of BNews1 .
In office since November 2020, Ernest Obama was therefore fired and replaced in the process by Visley Oyié, former presenter of Afro-Café on Vision 4.
But in the opinion of whistleblower Boris Bertolt, the new head of communication for Fecafoot leaves BNEWS with an inglorious record: salary arrears, accusations of mismanagement and a channel that still could not take off.
We remember that in December 2019, Ernest Obama was dismissed from his position as Director of Vision4 by Amougou Bélinga, the boss of the Anecdote group. The businessman suspected the journalist of financial embezzlement. In the process, Ernest Obama’s service vehicle had been recovered before his arrest. It was at the headquarters of the Anecdote group that he was arrested. For the sake of the cause, two gendarmerie vehicles had been mobilized to arrest him.
The respondent was then taken to the Mfoundi gendarmerie group opposite the premises of the State Secretariat in charge of the gendarmerie, where he was kept in custody. According to another source, the former presenter of the television program “Club d’élites” was arrested for the facts “Abuse of trust, high treason, conspiracy and destabilization of his boss, embezzlement and creation of false accounts in name of the group l’Anecdote”.
