In the morning of ABK Radio on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, Achille Assako gave the floor to Dr. Louis Marie Kakdeu, Permanent Columnist on the case of quotas in administrative competitions, claimed by the Coordinator of the movement 10 million northerners.

For him, it is a bad business for the predatory elite of the North. “This paradigm is very dangerous for the peace of society, I am against the movement of Guibai Gatama; if the north is marginalized today it is because of this predatory elite which has done nothing for the development of this locality, yet the second personality of this country comes from the north ”, he declares on the telephone in ABK Morning.

The Academic laments the fact that the Enam contest is a reproduction of the ruling elite through their children. “Have you ever seen a president’s son receive a peasant’s son?” It is only the children of the northern elites who pass the Enam competition. It’s very unfortunate, ”he regrets.

He thinks the journalist and promoter of the 10 Million Northerners movement is instead promoting the predatory elite. “We haven’t seen Guibai Gatama Support the opposition which can bring change to the evils he describes. I accuse him of being the spokesperson for the predatory elite in the North, ”says the political analyst.

“If today we ask Guibai Gatama who is northerner and not? He cannot give you an answer. This is at odds with article 60 of the law, ”adds the Researcher.

The Economist, proposes an alternative to regional balance. “On the subject of the quota affair, I do not support the regional team (…) We must address the recommendations to the right people and above all know what to ask,” suggests the politician.

“We can no longer rely on regional balance to claim something. Rather, we must fight to create the conditions for free competition, ”he continues.
